Using In Case :
Mary got a bus ticket ,just in case it travel.
Using In Case Of :
Mary got a bus ticket in case of travel
In above both words side,Mary got a bus ticket Because It may travel later
She took an umbrella, just in case it rains.
She took an umbrella in case of rain.
